§         Assist you in the design of your new home respecting established codes and standards for building construction or land development.

§         Arrange all necessary paperwork with local government authorities on your behalf.

§         Hire all contractors.

§         Supervise the work of all contractors on a continuous basis in all phases of the construction project through to completion.

§         Monitor all purchases of materials by you the owner or the above contractors.

§         Design and build custom tropical furniture.

2.    For remodelling, conversion and major repairs to your existing vacation home we:

§         Assist you in planning the work to be done in your home respecting established codes and standards for building construction or land development. Examples -

o       additions / extensions

o       kitchen, bathroom, functional and stylish armoires and built-ins etc.

o       pool

o       terrace, patio, deck, driveway

§         Arrange any necessary paperwork with local government authorities on your behalf.

§         Hire all contractors / servicemen as necessary.

§         Supervise the work through to completion and monitor the purchase of materiels by you the owner or the contractors / servicemen.

3.    For ongoing maintenance of your home we:

§         Assist you in planning work to be done such as -

o       acquiring and installing furnishings

o       wood flooring and / or ceramic tiles

o       painting

o       plumbing

o       electrical work

o       landscaping

o       security systems

§         Hire all specialists / servicemen as necessary.

§         Supervise the work through to completion and monitor the purchase of materiels by you the owner or the specialists / servicemen.

§         In your absence we arrange for work such as the following to be done and carry out ongoing inspections to ensure the work is performed properly -

o       garden and grounds maintenance

o       interior cleaning

o       urgent repairs and upkeep
